Please include your device (Android, iPhone, or Windows) and, if it's about a specific screen, what you tapped just before the problem — it helps us help you faster.

Subscription & billing (Pro)

AnongKlase Pro comes in three terms — ₱49 per month, ₱149 for 6 months, or ₱249 per year. All three unlock exactly the same features; the yearly one is the cheapest per month. There's no trial to start or forget about — the free tier has no time limit, so you can try the app for as long as you like before paying. Whichever term you pick renews automatically at the end of it unless you cancel. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details.

Switching between monthly, 6-month, and yearly

You can change term at any time from the app's upgrade screen, or from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. The store prorates what you've already paid — you're never charged twice for the same days.

Manage or cancel your subscription

  • iPhone / iPad: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → AnongKlase → cancel or change your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge; you keep Pro until the period you've paid for runs out.
  • Android: open the Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AnongKlase → cancel.

I paid but the app still says Free

Open the app's upgrade screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with, and connected to the internet. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the account's email and roughly when you subscribed.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or Google Play's order history. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll help.

Using the app

Are my class records private?

Yes. Your classes, students, scores, and attendance are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I move my records to another device?

Pro includes WiFi sync between your own phone and computer, directly over your local network — nothing goes through the internet. Put both devices on the same WiFi, open Settings → Sync between devices on each, and scan the code shown on one with the other. You can also use Backup & restore to save a file and load it on another device.

How does answer-sheet scanning work?

Print a bubble answer sheet from the app, have students shade their answers, then scan the sheets with your phone camera to record scores automatically. Scanning is part of Pro, on both iPhone and Android. Photos are read on your device and never uploaded.

Do I have to type my questions in every year?

No — that's what the question bank is for, and it's free and uncapped. Write an item once, tag it with a grade level, learning area, topic, difficulty and cognitive level, and it's there next school year. You can share your bank with a co-teacher as a file, or import theirs. If you'd rather see it working before writing anything, the bank offers a small set of sample questions you can add and edit freely — they're examples, not official DepEd content.

Can the app make the test paper and the TOS?

Yes, with Pro. Pick items from your bank and Build a test lays out the questionnaire, the teacher's copy with the answers marked, and a bubble answer sheet you can scan afterwards — with Form A and Form B from one selection if you need two versions. From the same test you can print a Table of Specifications: topic against cognitive level, with item numbers, counts, percentages and the difficulty spread, built from the tags already on your items.

Can I print blank SF2 and SF9 forms?

Yes, with Pro. The app prints the ruled SF2 attendance grid and the SF9 report card with your school's letterhead, learning areas and grading scale already on them; you fill in the learners and marks by hand. They print blank on purpose — nothing is merged in from your class record, so nothing can be silently wrong on a form you sign.

Are the grades DepEd-correct?

AnongKlase follows DepEd Order 015 weights and the current transmutation table, and shows every step (PS → WS → IG → TG) so you can explain any grade. You can also define your own components, weights, and grading scale.

Which devices are supported?

All three are available now. iPhone and iPad — on the App Store. Android phones and tablets — on Google Play. Windows 10 & 11 — on the Microsoft Store.

I was in the Android closed beta — do I need to reinstall?

No. AnongKlase is now public on Google Play, and Play updates your existing install to the released version automatically. Your classes, scores, and attendance stay on your device untouched.

Still stuck?

Email villetorio@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. There's no problem too small.
